HYMN Policy
Responsibilities for self-service producer access, profiles, beat listings, licences, sales, and payout records.
Any account holder aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement may opt into producer access by accepting these terms. Access is immediate, but each listing remains subject to marketplace review. Profile names, biographies, images, links, tags, and locations must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or business.
You may upload only beats, recordings, compositions, artwork, loops, samples and files you own or are authorized to commercially license. You must obtain and retain all contributor approvals and sample clearances before listing. On request, you must provide source files, licences, receipts, split information or other reasonable rights evidence.
Pricing, licence options, usage limits, previews and deliverables must be accurate. Non-exclusive licences may remain available to multiple buyers. An exclusive sale stops future sales but does not cancel valid earlier non-exclusive licences. Content ID may be offered only where the listing and all underlying material are eligible for exclusive fingerprinting.
HYMN may review, request corrections, decline, unpublish or hold a beat for rights, audio quality, metadata, artwork, fraud, legal or policy reasons. Repeated infringement, deceptive listings, artificial sales, malicious files or failure to answer a rights claim may limit or end marketplace access.
HYMN records a 30% marketplace share and a 70% producer share on eligible Beat Store sales. Producer Dashboard amounts depend on verified payment and fulfilment. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud holds, administrative corrections and payout verification may reduce or delay payable amounts.
