How rights holders and users submit, answer, and resolve copyright complaints.
Send Contact Support the claimant’s identity and contact details, the protected work, the specific HYMN release, beat, profile, or asset, a clear explanation of the claimed infringement, supporting URLs or documents, and a good-faith declaration of authority.
HYMN records the complaint, verifies that it is sufficiently specific, may restrict the disputed content, and may request information from the submitting user. HYMN can coordinate with DireNote, payment providers, or destinations where required.
A responding user must provide accurate ownership or licence evidence and may submit a lawful counter-position where applicable. False, abusive, or retaliatory complaints can lead to rejection, account action, or liability under applicable law.
