Matched net revenue and accepted splits determine user balances. Availability can be affected by reporting delays, thresholds, payout verification, active requests, holds, corrections, refunds, disputes, fraud review, or unmatched statement rows.
HYMN can generate monthly and quarterly reports. Before a quarter is locked, unmatched rows are resolved or documented. Closing preserves totals, publishes eligible statements, records paid and held amounts, and carries forward unpaid available balances.
