The service listing and order snapshot define the purchased service, price, included revisions, estimated turnaround, source requirements, and deliverables. Customers must provide lawful, technically usable source material and accurate instructions. Engineers must perform the accepted scope professionally and keep customer material confidential.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and holding every right, permission, licence, and authority needed for the content and instructions you submit.

HYMN verifies payment through its configured payment provider and holds the recorded service amount within the platform workflow until completion, refund, or dispute resolution. HYMN records the disclosed marketplace commission and the engineer share. A payment does not expand the written project scope.

A revision is a reasonable change to a delivered result within the original scope. The order displays the included revision count and the configured price for each additional revision. Work outside the original scope requires a written amendment in the Studio workspace and verified payment before that amendment becomes active.

Turnaround is an estimate that begins when required source files are available. Delivery versions remain recorded in the workspace. A customer may approve a delivery or request an eligible revision. Both the customer and engineer must explicitly confirm the current final delivery before the project completes and engineer earnings become available. An unanswered delivery does not automatically complete; participants can ask HYMN support to resolve a stalled project.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled. A paid request declined by an engineer or expired before acceptance enters the refund workflow. Requests after work starts or delivery occurs may require review based on completed work, payment evidence, project messages, and applicable requirements. Chargebacks, fraud signals, harassment, spam, malicious files, and copyright complaints may pause access or settlement while HYMN reviews the record.

Studio files and messages are private to authorized project participants and HYMN personnel who need access for operations, safety, disputes, or legal duties. HYMN does not use private customer audio for unrelated purposes. Source files and working deliveries may be deleted under the disclosed retention policy, while transaction, licence, final-delivery, dispute, and audit records may be retained where legitimately required. Studio work does not transfer underlying music rights unless a separate written agreement expressly does so, and completing a Studio project does not submit a release for distribution.
